  12.      The configuration flag _n_o_s_t_i_c_k_y_t_m_p selects the permissions of the
  13.      temporary directories.  If _n_o_s_t_i_c_k_y_t_m_p is _o_f_f, /_t_m_p and /_u_s_r/_t_m_p, will be
  14.      changed to sticky directories at boot time.  If it is _o_n, the mode of the
  15.      temporary directories won't be changed.

  17.      If the configuration flag _n_o_c_l_e_a_n_t_m_p is _o_f_f, /_t_m_p will be cleaned up at
  18.      boot time.  If it is on, none of the files in /_t_m_p will be removed.
